For operators, managers, supervisors, cooks and employees - to prevent food-borne illnesses and help reduce liability and insurance costs. Topics: causes and spread of food-borne illnesses, methods of preventing food-borne illnesses, microbiology, and cleaning and sanitizing. CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER
This course is designed for use by healthcare food service employees. The three focus areas of the program are nutrition, management, and safety/sanitation.
