240-HOUR PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTER CERTIFICATION
Meets NFPA 1001 Standard for Professional Firefighter Qualifications, as well as ORC Section 4765.11.11. Ohio Driver’s License and 18 years of age required to enroll.

84 HOUR FIREFIGHTER I TRANSITION
Must hold FF-IA (36 hour) Certification to enroll in this course. Course may also be scheduled on-site at your fire department to upgrade firefighters to NFPA FF I. Call the Training Center for more information!

NOTE: Turn out gear and textbooks REQUIRED for 24-hour, 120-hour Levels I and II, 36-hour and 84-hour courses can be purchased at registration through the Training Center Main Office as follows: Turn-out Gear: $100; Text and workbook (International Association of Fire chiefs: Fundamentals of Firefighting Skills) $115.


40-HOUR MEDICAL FIRST RESPONDER
Contact the Training Center to schedule based on request.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN - BASIC
Includes curriculum guidelines established by the State of Ohio Division of EMS. Students must be 18 years of age and possess an Ohio Driver’s License. Books included.
$850 MEDINA

-Students must have current AHA healthcare provider (CPR) card. Students must also provide documentation of same year TB test and inoculation for MMR.


EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN - BASIC REFRESHER
For those who need extra practice to pass the National Registry or for those who need to keep up on Continuing Education hours. This course is the total of 40 hours.
$350 MEDINA

FIRE SAFETY INSPECTORS
Meets NFPA 1031 Standard for Fire Safety Inspector. Must be currently employed by fire department or private fire company.

This 80 hour course meets the performance and cognitive objectives for Fire Officer I certification in the current NFPA 1021 Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications.

NIMS—NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SERIES OF CLASSES
NIMS is the progressive incident management system currently employed by the federal government. These courses will help familiarize the student with this new system.
