The define/measure, analyze, improve and control steps are taught for projects of immediate significance. The course will cover the DMAIC methods using Minitab software. Prerequisite: Minitab. This software will be used throughout the Green Belt training for data collection and interpretation. Text and Minitab student version 14 software are included in the cost of the course.
