WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE
The accuracy and focus of the Work Breakdown Structure are critical to project success. This module focuses on constructing the WBS to optimize and control project time, cost, and quality, how the WBS helps establish the Network Diagram, and how the project schedule and critical path are actually derived from the WBS through the diagram.
