QUICKBOOKS PRO BEGINNING
QuickBooks Pro is an easy-to-use, behind-the-scenes accounting software that eliminates the need for in-depth accounting knowledge. This course includes the steps involved in creating a new company, setting up accounts and lists for automated transactions, preparing invoices, making deposits, printing statements, inventory management and customizing this software package for the needs of your business. Applicable for all versions of QuickBooks. Prerequisite: basic computer skills, experience with Windows.

Additional utilities in QuickBooks Pro will be covered. Includes computerizing your employee payroll, use of Job Costing and Estimating, QuickMath features, incorporating discounts and finance charges within invoices, creating Memorized Transactions and working with QuickBooks graph features. Prerequisite: QuickBooks Pro Beginning.
