Quickbooks Pro is an easy-to-use, behind-the scenes accounting software that eliminates the need for in-depth accounting knowledge. This course includes the steps involved in creating a new company, setting up accounts and lists for automated transactions, preparing invoices, making deposits, printing statements, inventory management and customizing this software package for the needs of your business. Applicable for earlier versions of Quickbooks. Prerequisite: basic computer skills, experience with Windows. Class includes free intuit 140-day trial version of Quickbooks 2009.

Crystal Reports provides comprehensive functionality to design, explore, visualize, and deliver compelling reports. You will learn how to open, navigate, create, modify and save reports. Includes fundamentals of formatting report objects, sorting and selecting records, and creating groups and summaries. Create simple formulas and functions, work with experts and wizards, and export reports to various file formats.
