The define/measure, analyze, improve and control steps are taught for projects of immediate significance. The course will cover the DMAIC methods using Minitab software. Prerequisite: Minitab. This software will be used throughout the Green Belt training for data collection and interpretation. Text and Minitab student version 14 software are included in the cost of the course. Bring your laptop computer; if you do not have one, we will provide one for class use.

SIX SIGMA CHAMPION
Six Sigma is a successful management system focused on reduction of variation. Champions are upper-level managers who lead the implementation efforts of Six Sigma. In this one-day course, you will learn how to apply Six Sigma concepts to ensure the program’s success throughout your company. This is an excellent overview program for corporate managers considering Six Sigma implementation.
DESIGN FOR SIX SIGMA
If you are a Six Sigma Black Belt and have the responsibility with designing (or redesigning) processes, products, and service performance, this DFSS course will teach you the IDOV methodology to help you achieve your goals (Identify the customer requirements; Design to the requirements; Optimize the design; and Validate customer requirements have been met). This is a ten-day course - the first session is five consecutive days, there is a three-week break before the last five day session.
ISO/TS 16949
TS16949 specifies the quality system requirements for the design, development, production, installation and servicing of automotive related products. If you are new to the TS16949 certification requirements or if you are currently an internal/lead auditor and need to cover ISO/TS16949 differences, our facilitators are available to meet your training needs.
