Cheryl holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communication, a M.S. in Technical Education, and is a Certified Program Planner.

She develops computer, business, technical and certification courses, as well as special events, conferences, and on-site training. She has extensive experience as a chamber of commerce executive director, tourist information center manager and community education coordinator. A former communication consultant and business owner, Cheryl specialized in marketing strategies, publishing, event planning, media relations, promotions and publicity.
