The Survey Research Lab utilizes cutting-edge technology to offer a new perspective on survey research.

Our survey software offers a multitude of advanced features. This allows IHSP staff to create surveys to fit nearly any researcher’s need. Multiple question types, complex routing / branching logic, question randomization / rotation, response randomization / rotation are just a few of the features available to the researcher’s survey.

One survey – two collection methods

Telephone and Web Surveys can be used individually or simultaneously. Surveys initiated on the phone can be completed over the web, whether the survey is a telephone follow-up or a survey that was only partially completed. In addition, e-mail survey invitations are automatically sent to individuals who have not completed or who have partially completed a survey. All of this adds to increasing the confidence level of survey results.

Real-time results analysis

Researchers can watch survey results in real-time and can perform basic statistical analysis on the live data. A complete dataset can be downloaded at any time to a computer desktop for full analysis.

Data security & integrity

Our software and all the extra features run on industry standard web and enterprise database platforms. This provides the speed, stability and security necessary to meet the needs of today’s researcher.

To ensure the safety and security of our data, it is stored across multiple disks. The data is backed up regularly on two servers in separate locations. We take pride that we use measures that ensure data integrity.
