For an initial appointment please call 330-972-6822. Office staff will work with you to complete a brief phone questionnaire. We encourage those seeking services to ask questions and share information openly so we can work together to meet your goals. An initial appointment will be made (usually within one week) or referral resources will be provided to you.

During initial appointments, called assessment and referral sessions, our staff will seek to explain our services and understand your needs. Since our focus is on client personal growth and trainee development, clients may be provided referral resources for treatment related to psychotic symptoms, suicidality or crisis, alcohol/drug abuse, physical/sexual abuse, or cognitive impairments/mental retardation.
Clinic Fees:
In order to meet our service and training missions a sliding fee system is charged for administrative services/organizational expenses. Fees may be adjusted or waived and clients will not be denied services because of an inability to pay fees. Unless adjusted, fees are based on total household income:

Cancelling/Rescheduling an appointment: If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call the Clinic office at (330) 972-6822 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
