One great aspect of a large, university campus is that there is always something to do. Not only are on-campus activities fun to attend, but they also will assist you with your coursework. Many freshman-level courses will require students to attend on-campus activities to assist in the adjustment to college life.

Here's just a sample of some recent student events:

• Improve your Test-Taking Skills: Learn special study techniques, test-taking strategies and relaxation skills.
• How to Choose a Major and a Career: This one-session workshop introduces you to the decision-making process. Participants who want further help choosing a career or major will be referred to career assessment tools and additional CTCC career resources.
• Untraceable: Catch the latest and greatest blockbuster films at the Student Union Theatre.
• Dodgeball Tournament: Join the Fiji Student Organization at the Rec Center.
