Mrs. Thelma Bell

Ms. Bell began her career at the University working for NEOUCOM in 1981. In 1985 began working for the Graduate Department, and in 1990 she relocated to the Math Department. In 1997 she came to the English Department, where she serves as office manger to the Chair. She enjoys helping students and is very active in the church. On April 17, 1995 Thelma received the coveted Buchtel College of Arts and Sciences Staff Recognition Award, and in 2007 she received the University of Akron Staff Shared Leadership Award.
