Jon Miller, Associate Professor, received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in May, 2000 before joining the department in the Fall of 2000. He teaches American literature and culture from its beginnings to 1933. His research concerns the role of creative literature in the social history of alcohol in America. He is an editor of The Social History of Alcohol Review.
