Teaching Key Earth Science Concepts

The focus of this course is on materials meeting selected academic content standards for 10th-11th grade earth science. The course will focus on geologic time, earth’s climate system, global change, and earth-sun-moon relations.

The class will examine key processes and topics and provide teachers with an opportunity to update their knowledge and training in Earth Science. The class will provide participants with a hands-on, student-centered learning environment featuring inquiry-based, collaborative learning exercises.

Classes will be held at R.G. Drague in Massillon.
