Conference Registration The OAPT Public Finance Training Officers Training Program is divided into two separate but related programs.
Whether you have not yet begun the CPFA program, have completed a portion of the program, or simply wish to maximize your educational opportunity, we offer a five-day program. In one change from 2008 we will have registration in three tiers. First there will be an early-bird registration that will run until April 17, 2009 of $425. After that date and until June 2, 2009 the fee will be $455. Registrations received after June 2, 2009 will have a fee of $495. For those interested in the two-day program the fee will be $250 until April 17th, $275 through June 2nd and $295 thereafter.
In addition to the above fees will must add a processing fee of $50 for all cancelations through June 9, 2009. Any cancellation request after that date will incur a penalty of $250.
If you wish to register on-line you may do so only by the use of a credit card. However, you are welcome to copy the form an then mail it to the Department with a check or a request for an invoice.

To ensure that we have processed your registration and can prepare the certificates and continuing education credits we ask that you register prior to that date. Registration after that date will be on first come basis until we cannot provide space in the meeting rooms. |
