His courses include International Defense Policy, International Relations, Civil War Strategy, and WWII Strategy.
He is the author of six books, fifty-six conference papers, twenty-six articles, and one hundred and nineteen project reports. His current research is focused on homeland defense for a potential biological attack.

He has served as a consultant to the Department of Defense, the Armed Services, and such agencies as NASA for over 20 years.
