Bambi A. Beshire is Senior Vice President and Controller of Westfield Group. Founded in 1848, Westfield Group is an insurance, banking, and related financial services group headquartered in Westfield Center, Ohio. Ms. Beshire is responsible for the accounting, tax, treasury and corporate planning functions of the group. She is also a member of the benefits committee, the enterprise risk management team, the business continuity steering committee and the capital allocation management teams at Westfield.
Prior to joining Westfield Group, she was in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Hausser +Taylor specializing in tax. She also served as a school district Treasurer and Business Manager.
Bambi has a BS and MBA degree from Ohio University. She is a CPA and is a member of the OSCPA, the AICPA, and FEI. Bambi was the recipient of the Summit County YWCA Women of Achievement 2003 Award. She has served on several community and charity boards in the past and currently is a member of the board of Planned Parenthood of Summit, Portage and Medina counties.
