Dave Gordon (CISA, CFE, CIA, CICA, CBA, MBA), is the President and Founder of MaxQualData. MaxQualData provides internal audit, and information technology audit, security and IT governance related services to clients in multiple industries.
Prior to founding MaxQualData, Dave worked at Ernst & Young as a Technical Audit Manager. Additionally, he has managed the IT Audit Department at University Hospitals Health System and served as the Assistant Vice President/Technical Audit manager at FirstMerit Corporation. Dave has extended experience in the financial, healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Dave currently serves as the Treasurer of the NE Ohio Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and has served as Chapter President as well as an international and national delegate to multiple ISACA leadership conferences. He has Accounting and MBA degrees with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Akron and possesses professional certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) and Certified Bank Auditor (CBA).
Dave also serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Summit and Medina Counties and coaches youth baseball and basketball.
