Joan Hilson joined American Eagle Outfitters in September 2005 as Senior Vice President, Finance. Joan is a CPA and brings 25 years of diverse financial experience to her new role at American Eagle, including merchandise level planning and allocation.
Prior to joining AEO, Joan held several Finance positions with Limited Brands, most recently, Executive Vice President and CFO, for the Victoria’s Secret stores division.
Joan will lead the strategy, financial and merchandise planning & allocation functions at American Eagle. She brings strong discipline in inventory and expense management, as well as margin optimization.
She is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and is looking forward to the move to Pittsburgh with her husband, Dan, a government relations attorney and her two children. |
