Mike Pasternak is a tax partner in the Akron office of Ernst & Young. Mike graduated from the University of Akron in 1982 with a degree in Accounting and joined E&Y upon graduation. He worked for two years in the Firm’s audit practice before beginning a career in tax.
Mike currently serves a variety of public and non-public clients in Northeast Ohio. During his career, Mike has advised clients in the areas of federal taxation and accounting methods, acquisition and divestiture structuring, planning for cross-border transactions, state and local tax, and employee benefits.
Mike is actively involved in the Akron Community currently serving on the boards of Blossom’s Board of Overseers, Greater Akron Musical Association, and West Akron United Soccer Club.
Mike and his wife, Julie live in West Akron and have three daughters. |
