| Mr. Rubino has been the CFO of Crystal Ventures, an early-stage venture firm located in Cleveland, Ohio with a focus on high technology companies. He has been responsible for the fund administration and day-to-day operations of the firm, in addition to being extensively involved in the financing transactions and monitoring of the firm’s portfolio investments. Mr. Rubino has also been involved in the finance and accounting functions for a number of early-stage companies. Prior to joining Crystal Ventures he worked as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen focusing on a wide range of companies and industries. Mr. Rubino is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio and hold as BS in Accounting from the University of Akron. |
