Except when signed "Waivers of Access" are on file, academic information is not released in any form by telephone or in person to any source. (Don't have a spouse, friend, etc. attempt to handle affairs for you if access to information in your academic file is required.) Also, students desiring access to their own files must submit a written request. The CBA will arrange compliances within 45 days from the date of receipt of the written request.
Students requiring copies of an official transcript must address such requests to the records section of the Registrar's Office.
