The Department of Finance of the College of Business Administration invites applications for a tenure tract position (rank open), starting fall, 2008. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Finance or ABD near completion and demonstrate a strong record of, or potential for, quality research and teaching, and have the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty and the business community. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in or a penchant for teaching financial markets, institutions, and banking and who have some non-academic work experience. Compensation will be competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
