    • 2001-present: Professor, with Full Graduate Faculty status, Department of Management, College of Business Administration, The University of Akron.

    • 1998-2001: Associate Professor, Management Department, Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University. Designated as full member of Graduate Faculty.

    • 1997-1998: Assistant Professor, Management Department, Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University.

    • Spring 1995: Visiting Assistant Professor, Management Department, Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University. Taught required core Organizational Behavior course in Master's program.

    • 1989-1997: Assistant Professor, Department of Management, College of Business Administration, University of Notre Dame.

    • 1988-1989: Instructor, Department of Management, College of Business Administration, University of Notre Dame. Designed and taught courses in Principles of Management and Corporate Strategy to undergraduates.
