      Assistant Director, Nursing Administration
      1989 to 1993
      Responsible for capital and operational budgets in all inpatient nursing units, emergency room, ambulatory clinics, surgery and renal dialysis unit. Coordinated planning, training and implementation of new information systems, renovation and construction work, including a new renal dialysis center, and outpatient clinics. Reported to the Vice President of Nursing.

      1980 to 1989
      Was responsible for the establishment of a new in-house management engineering concept. Served as the project leader for studies and workflow redesign in the areas of systems analysis and computerization, staff productivity, space utilization and overall enhancement of customer service. Reported to the Chief Operating Officer.
