Dr. Ramcharran teaching areas include International Business Finance and International Banking in the undergraduate program, and Techniques of Financial analysis, Multinational Corporate Finance and International Financial Markets and Investments in the graduate program. For three years he was a research fellow at the Institute of Social and Economic Research at The University of the West Indies in Jamaica where he did research on the external debt and balance of payments problems of Caribbean countries.
He has written many articles, some of which appear in Journal of Management In American Business Review, Journal of Emerging Markets, Journal of International Finance, Energy Engineering, Economics and the North America Review of Economics and Finance. His current research interest is on Emerging Equity markets performance.

Professor Redle teaches in the areas of Business Law I/II, Legal Environment of Business, and Government & Business.
He was admitted to the Ohio State Bar and the Federal District Court for the Sixth Circuit in 1980. He has worked in various positions in middle management in industry. Membership in professional organizations includes the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron (Ohio) Bar Association, the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, and the Tri-state Regional Academy of Legal Studies. Mr. Redle has published in the areas of oil and gas, Uniform Commercial Code Article 9, hospital unionization, real estate, and corporate liquidations. Continuing research interests include corporate and commercial law.
