The concentrations in the MBA program are developed around market needs and faculty expertise. They permit you to seek out further study in one of a number of selected areas. The nature of each concentration differs. For example, a concentration in Management has one required course and three courses which you can select to meet your needs simply by choosing from a menu of over 40 courses in management which provides you with maximum flexibility in designing your concentration to fit your needs. Other concentrations are more restrictive and may require a number of specific courses which the faculty have designed to provide you with the background you need to be competitive in today’s market. Students who wish to pursue a second concentration are able to with typically an additional semester’s worth of coursework.
