| Four top students compete in this year’s National Collegiate Sales Competition |
 Four top students have been selected to represent the University of Akron at the National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC) in March 2008 in Kennesaw, GA. The students selected this year are, Karl Geyer, Michael Meditz, Michael Cohen, and Adam Bryda.
The NCSC is a two-day event where students from all over North America test their selling skills in one-on-one sales call challenges. Competitors make sales calls to professionals who role-play as buyers. Each sales call is broadcast live to a room full of judges, who are corporate sponsors scouting for the next top players in sales. Just as basketball scouting camps bring the best players to one location, the NCSC brings the top sales students together with professionals from the business world to create exclusive networking opportunities.
