| Make the Technology Forum a “GATE-WAY” to your Future!! |

The Center for Career Management along with the Center for IT & eBusiness, the College of Business Administration, the Buchtel College of Arts & Science, College of Engineering, and Summit College will be holding the 1st Technology Forum. ALL current students and alumni in the area of Technology are welcomed to attend. This is a great opportunity for students to not only to chat with students and employers from the Technology field, but also a chance to see if this direction could possibly be your future.
The forum will be held at Simmons Hall on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.
For students who are interested please register by Friday, September 7, 2007 to the Center for Career Management at (330) 972-7747. If you have questions prior to the event please email Sherri Hrusovski at sh2@uakron.edu.
The forum will consist of two sessions: First Session: 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM, Simmons Hall, Auditorium Room 111 will consist of a student panel of selected students from the Technology field. These individuals will discuss and share their experiences as employment seekers, co-ops/interns, and full time employees. This portion of the forum will be facilitated by Dr. Dudley Turner ; and the Second Session: 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM Simmons Hall, Conference Room 101 will entail a meet and greet session where students and employers will be able to network with one another.
