Fee Schedule - School Year 2007-2008
(Effective August 27, 2007)
Tuition Rates – Full-Day Pre-School Classrooms
University - $160.00 per week
Community - $165.00 per week Tuition Rates – Toddler Full-Day Classroom
University - $185.00 per week
Community - $190.00 per week Tuition Rates – Hourly/Flextime Pre-School Classrooms (Minimum 2 hrs/day, 2 days/week)
U of A Student - $6.00 per hour (U of A STUDENTS ONLY) Tuition rates – Pre-School Part-Day Program (7:30 – 12:30)
*University - $25.50 per day (minimum 2 days/week)
Community - $28.00 per day Registration Fee
Fall/Spring fees - $65.00 per child (annual)
Summer fees - $40.00 per child (new intake for Summer Sessions only) Insurance Fee
Fall/Spring fees $35.00 per child (annual)
Summer fees - $25.00 per child (new intake for Summer Sessions only) Field Trip T-Shirt
$15.00 Check payable to PAC (Parent Advisory Council) Payment Procedures
Tuition fees are due weekly in advance by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
(There are no more credits for holidays during the week). The weekly fee is a flat rate.
Checks are payable to: The University of Akron.
Registration and Insurance fees are due upon registration. Late Fee Payment
$10.00 per week (Assessed if weekly tuition is not paid by the 2nd school day of the week) Late Pickup Charge
Any child remaining after the Center’s stated closing time will be charged $25.00 for the first 15 minutes and $50.00 if late 16-30 minutes. Schedule Change
One change, no charge; each additional change, $5.50 Family Discount
15% discount will be given to the older child when there is more than one child from the same family. This discount applies only if all children are registered in full-time programs.
The weekly rate will be waived for children who are hospitalized. Other illnesses, even though the child may not be here, will be billed the standard weekly rate. Snow Days are charged as part of weekly rates and parents will still be billed.
All fees are subject to approval by The University of Akron Board of Trustees and are subject to change.
