Grade Policy
Academic Workshops/Graduate Credit/Noncredit
A student who earns a grade equivalent of A through B- will receive credit (“CR”) for the graduate workshop and have the grade “CR” placed on the permanent record. A grade equivalent of C+ through F will be recorded with the noncredit grade “NC.” Graduate courses for which the “CR” is awarded will be counted as hours completed only; courses for which “NC” is awarded will not be counted as hours attempted; in neither case will “CR” or “NC” be considered in calculating grade-point average. In both instances the graduate course will be entered in the student’s official academic record. No more than six workshop credits may be utilized toward graduate degree programs.
