Office Administration The Associate of Applied Business degree in Office Administration prepares students for todays technology infused workplace requiring varied , and often overlapping, fields of secretarial, word processing and clerical work. Based on personal career objectives, students may choose from several program options that prepare them for positions in the business, medical, or international secretarial profession.
We offer the following options to our students: Associate Degrees (AAB):
- Administrative Assistant Option (65 credits)
- Medical Secretarial Option (68 credits)
Minor Degrees. Minor degrees will only be awarded at the time a student receives a baccalaureate degree and only if the over-all GPA for the minor courses is at least a 2.0.
- General Secretarial Concentration (18 credits)
- Word Processing Concentration (19 credits)

- General Office Assistant (30 credits)
- Medical Transcriptionist (25 credits)
- Office Software Specialist (27 credits)
- Office Supervision (32 credits)
