Mini-Bio David M. Devany has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1985. His practice includes all areas of the law with an emphasis in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, inclusive of trial and appellate work. Since 1996, Mr. Devany has served as Magistrate for the City of Fairlawn, Ohio. As such his responsibilities include adjudicating all traffic and quasi-criminal cases in the Fairlawn Mayor's court. |
