Mini Bio: Steve recently joined Summit College as the Assistant Dean, Student Success. He came to us from Wright State University – Lake Campus where he was the Assistant Dean and oversaw student affairs and student support services. Prior to serving at Wright State, Steve was the Dean of Student Affairs at Cuyahoga Community College’s Eastern Campus for seven years. In his first student services position; Steve served as the Dean of Enrollment Management at Zane State College in Zanesville, Ohio. He holds an M.Ed in Occupational Education from the University of Louisville and an MS in Criminal Justice from Jacksonville State University, Alabama. His undergraduate degree is from Youngstown State University (Criminal Justice / History) and he has done doctoral work at Kent State University. He served as a Commissioned United States Army Officer until his retirement from active duty in 1993. |
