Mini-Bio Assistant Professor Mehlberg joined the faculty of Summit College at The University of Akron in Fall 2006. He brings to the classroom 17 years of food service distribution experience with Gordon food Service and the Performance Food Group in sales, product merchandising, product marketing, brand management, and brand development.
His professional experience also includes work with Marriott/Host International, Magic Pan Restaurants, and Good Earth Restaurant & Bakeries in food service management.
