This local leadership driving College Tech Prep is helping to make lasting, systematic change. In fact, business/industry help drive and set program direction through the development and implementation of the Technical Competency Profile (TCP) Process. The purpose of this process is to identify the occupational, academic, and employability competencies that are to be completed during grades 9 through the associate degree/apprenticeship levels.
