EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is October 9, 2015.
- Registration cancellations received prior to October 9 are eligible to receive a full refund, but will be subject to a nominal cancellation fee. ($2)
- Late cancellations (October 10-October 12) will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the original registration fee and are subject to a nominal cancellation fee. ($2)
- Refunds will not be available to registrants canceling after October 12.
- Refunds will not be available to registrants who choose not to attend the event.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and they must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines.
