The master's degree program in higher education administration requires 36 credit hours and successful completion of a master's comprehensive exam.
Admission Requirements
- Completed application to Graduate School (with official transcripts).
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a 2.75 GPA, or 3.00 GPA for the last two years (64 semester credits or equivalent) for Full Admission.
- Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores less than 5 years old.
- Declaration of intent that includes a statement of professional goals and reasons for choosing the program of Higher Education Administration at The University of Akron.
