Who are we?
Our degrees are excellent for individuals who already have an area of expertise and desire to teach and train within that given arena. The degrees are not meant for individuals who are interested in teaching in the K-12 system. The program provides individuals with the skills to successfully teach/train others in educational, business and military settings.
The major areas of study are adult learning theories, curriculum development, instructional techniques, and the use of technology in instructional design and delivery. Each program offers the opportunity to learn and then apply skills. Individuals will be required to use technology in the classroom.
We are pleased to announce that our Master’s Degree in Teaching and Training Technical Professionals is available as a fully online program, and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission!
In addition, the final 32 hours of the Bachelor’s program is also available fully online!
