Athletic Training
Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP)
The Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) is a nationally accredited program through the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the field of athletic training. Our staff is comprised of certified athletic trainers with over 80 years of combined athletic training experience. This extensive and diverse background provides for a unique and comprehensive educational experience.
This is a rigorous program comprised of classroom instruction, hands-on laboratory learning using state-of-the-art equipment like the HydroWorx Pool, clinical experience, and one-on-one educational opportunities.
Students will earn a Bachelor of Science degree at the completion of this program; in addition they will be eligible for the Board of Certification Exam and State of Ohio licensure.
