Family Discount
10% discount will be given to the older child when there is more than one child from the same family registered full time.

Required Fees

Additional Payment Procedures

• Tuition fees are due weekly in advance by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. 
• Checks are payable to: The University of Akron
• The weekly fee is a flat rate. (There are no credits for holidays during the week.)         
• All required fees are due with Enrollment Packet.

Late Fee Payment                   $10.00 per week
       (Assessed if weekly tuition is not paid by the 2nd day your child is in attendance for the week)

Late Pickup Charge

Any child remaining after the Classroom/Center’s stated closing time will be charged a late fee of $25.00 for the first 15 minutes and $50.00 if late 16 to 30 minutes.

Schedule Change

One change, no charge, each additional change, $5.50.    

Snow Days and other emergency days are charged as part of weekly rates and parents will still be billed.

Vacation Credit

After 3 months' attendance, regular full-time families with full year (12 month) attendance qualify for 2 weeks' vacation credit; other full time attendance less than 12 months qualifies for a 1-week credit. Only one week may be used during the Fall and Spring semesters combined, the 2nd week may be used during the summer session.

The weekly rate will be waived for children who are hospitalized.  Other absences will still be billed at regular weekly rate.
