Spaghetti for a Cause

The Parent Advisory Board of UA's Center for Child Development will host a Spaghetti Dinner fund-raiser on Friday, March 30, to support the center. Dinners will be available for pick-up between 4 and 5:30 p.m. and will include spaghetti and red sauce, bread and dessert.

Dinners need to be prepaid — the cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children. Meatballs are $4. Cash and checks will be accepted. Checks made payable to the Parent Advisory Board can be sent through campus mail to the Center for Child Development, +1802, "Attention: Melanie Christman." Deadline for orders and payment is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27.

Information for College Student Observers and Field Practicum

The Center for Child Development is a lab school associated with The University of Akron. Students from several departments on the campus come to the Center in order to complete field experience and observation hours. In order to complete observations and field hours documentation may be required.

Please note:  ALL students completing observations at the Center must have a BCII background check and TB test
