2012 Reading Conference Banner

Youngstown State University's Beeghly College of Education, Kent State University's Reading and Writing Center, The University of Akron's Center for Literacy, Cleveland State University's Community Learning Center for Children and Youth and The Ohio Council of The International Reading Association bring to you their 2012 Annual Reading Conference.

Author David Adler, Dr. Janice F. Almasi, Carol Lee Robertson Endowed Professor of Literacy Education at the University of Kentucky, Dr. Barbara Moss, professor of literacy education at San Diego State University, author/illustrator Kevin O'Malley and author Conrad J. Storad will be the keynote speakers at Creating a Sense of Wonder that Engages ALL Readers being held 10/26/12-10/27/12 at Youngstown State University.

  • Costs: $35 per day/full time student and $90 per day/all others. Includes breakfast, luncheon, parking, materials, keynote and breakout sessions.
  • Graduate credit is available from YSU, KSU, UA or CSU Details and tuition/fees will be available at the conference.
