Teacher Licensure Programs

Our teacher licensure programs are fully accredited and lead to becoming a fully licensed educator in the State of Ohio. Click the program name for a curriculum guide.

Secondary Education (Adolescent to Young Adult or AYA; Grades 7-12)

     Single Fields with Licensure

Non-Licensure Programs 

Non-licensure programs are simply degree areas one can major in that do not lead to becoming a licensed teacher in the State of Ohio.

Endorsements

Endorsements are areas that can be added to one's primary teaching field(s) after initial teacher licensure. They are officially recognized areas by the Ohio Department of Education.  Please contact the department for information on these endorsements.

  • Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
  • Middle Level Generalist Endorsement
