Abstract Submission Deadline: January 23th, 2014
Abstracts are invited from students and recent graduates in all areas of biomechanics research.
Please follow the ASB 2014-template provided.
Once prepared, please submit the abstract as a PDF file to email@example.com, with “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION” written in all CAPS in the subject line.
In your email message containing your abstract, please indicate your presentation preference (podium or poster).
All presenters: please keep in mind that the ASB Midwest 2014 audience comes from a variety of disciplines – engineering, biology, exercise science, materials science, etc., so be sure to provide the context and broader perspective of your work, and remember to explain any terminology or concepts that are very specific to your field.
Please plan on a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions. You should bring your presentation on a USB drive and transfer it to the computer in the presentation room before your session starts. Name your PowerPoint file as such: “Session_(session #)_(last name).pptx”.
Please prepare a poster with a maximum size of 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall. You should put your poster up in the poster viewing area before the conference starts (during the registration time).
