Department Mission

The Department's mission is accomplished through the following sets of goals and objectives:

to deliver high quality education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with strong knowledge in mathematics, chemistry, physics, engineering design and process, as well as active and positive social leadership and responsibility;
to provide a vibrant interdisciplinary research program at the frontiers of science and engineering that attracts the creative and self-motivated graduate students;
to help students developing their professional career and contributing their knowledge and technology to national and international society.
