On-Campus Job Opportunity Form

If you have an open student position on The University of Akron campus (Regular Student Employment or Federal Work Study) you may click on the above link to print this form and submit it to our office so we may publicize your opening.

Form I-9 Online

Click on the above link to download a printable version of the U.S. Government's form I-9.

If you are an on-campus employer, you will want to print both pages of this document, and complete one each time you hire a new student employee. You will submit this form to the Office of Student Employment.

Update from USCIS RE: Use of 02/02/09 revision of I-9 beyond 6/30/09

Updated 7/8/09: Be advised, per USCIS it the 02/02/09 revision of the I-9 form is to be used beyond the 6/30/09 expiration date until further notice from the agency.
