Manage your Financial Aid Awards online

To view your financial aid online

1. Go to ZipLine
2. Enter your UANet ID and password
3. Click on "Access My... Student Center"
4. Scroll down to "Finances"
5. Under the Finances tab, click on "View Financial Aid"
6. Select the upcoming aid year

To accept your Federal Direct Loans online

1. In ZipLine, click on "Accept/Decline Awards"
2. Check boxes in the "Accept" column for the Federal Direct Loans you choose to accept
3. If necessary, reduce loan award by entering desired amount into box in the "Accepted" column
4. Click "Submit." Click "Yes" to continue
5. If process is completed successfully, a "Submit Confirmation" page will appear

To decline your Federal Direct Loans online

1. Carefully review the reverse side of your Financial Aid Award Notification to determine which aid you wish to decline
2. In ZipLine, click "Accept/Decline Awards" under the "Finances" tab on the Student Center Home Page
3. Select upcoming aid year
4. Check boxes in the "Decline" column for the aid you choose to decline*
5. Click "Submit." Click "Yes" to continue 
6. If process is completed successfully, a "Submit Confirmation" page will appear

* Note: Grants and scholarships are automatically accepted. If you want to decline grants or scholarships, contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at 800.621.3847 or 330.972.7032.
