Hall Government Positions & Responsiblities
Hall President:
- Attend RHC General Meeting on Tuesdays at 5:00 PM
- Create awesome programs including social, educational, & recreational
- Give weekly hall reports at RHC General Meetings
- Collaborate with Residence Life Coordinators & RA's to plan programming
- Maintain one office hour a week in the RHC office
- Nominate outstanding students, RA's, and/or programs
Hall Vice-President:
- Assist and work closely with the President to accomplish goals and duties
- Give support and help when needed
- Oversee committees within the Hall Government
- Take over responsibilities of the President in his/her absence

Hall Treasurer:
- Assist with keeping records and counts of attendance to programs
- Maintain treasurer books
- Prepare invoices for prompt payment
Hall Secretary:
- Take minutes at Hall Government Meetings
- Distribute minutes to Hall Government members
- Assist with various projects
- Keep a list of floor representatives
RHC Hall Representatives:
- Attend all Hall Government Executive Meetings
- Attend all RHC General Meetings
- Maintain one office hour per week
- Serve as a liaison between RHC and Hall Government
