$100 - BASE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES ONE REPRESENTATIVE
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The registration fee includes logistical arrangements, materials, and lunch for one representative. The fee for each additional representative is $25.
Each 6' x 6' table will include two chairs. Electrical outlets will be provided upon request. Wireless capabilities are also available.

Registration Form
In-person registration will be available on the day of the event from 10:00 am to 11:45 am. Registration fees must be submitted at this time along with the registration form. Note: Cash will not be accepted.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registration applications will be accepted by mail and online until Friday, September 11, 2009. Note: On-site registration will also be available the day of the event.
QUAKER INN ACCOMODATIONS
A special rate of $75 per night (double occupancy) will be given for this event. For reservations please call (330) 253-5970. Note: Be sure to indicate that you are attending this event to receive the special room rate.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
