Application Process 

Step 1: Contact the McNair Scholars Program (330) 972-2134 to request a Prospective Student Card and return it to the address below.

Step 2: Based on the Prospective Student Card eligible students will receive an application packet.

Step 3: Submit completed application and all additional materials.

Step 4: Finalists will be called for an interview.

Step 5:McNair Scholars will be notified of their tentative acceptance and invited to officially accept. 

    

                           The Application Packet Includes:    

1. The Application Form.
2. Two letter of recommendation forms from Faculty members.
3. Official transcript, resume, and current class schedule.
4. A personal essay as directed in Section V of the Application Form.

*INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
